Here at Millbank Family Furniture we are committed to offering you the best shopping experience as well as top quality delivery & product. 

We take care in every step of the process to insure the furniture pieces or cabinets that you receive are built, finished & installed with the highest standards. The hardwoods we use are sourced from environmentally conscious suppliers and Canadian plywood instead of plywood imported from China, which have high concentrations of formaldehyde and other respiratory damaging chemicals. Lastly, we finish all of the products we sell with the top quality stains, paints & post catalyzed lacquers so you can enjoy the beauty of your furniture & cabinets for many years.

> Excellent customer service and prompt communication from the first email to Jon at Millbank until after our beautiful custom kitchen was installed. Client care and attention to detail seem to be Millbank's top priority, the installation date was set several months in advance and nothing changed from their end. As the customer, I wanted a few minor things changed at the install date (desk area higher) and Jon from Millbank made several suggestions on how they could change this for me without causing an issue on the plans. The quality and workmanship of our custom cabinets, bar stools and living room tables are top notch and will be enjoyed by our family for many years to come. Our friends and family are envious of our new living space and we couldn't be happier with all the details that our functional dream kitchen gives us!

> After receiving a referral from my colleague, my husband and I went to go visit Jon at Millbank Family Furniture & Custom Kitchens to discuss the possibility of building our kitchen for our custom home in Toronto. We had a productive initial meeting and left feeling impressed with Jon's knowledge and enthusiasm for fine cabinetry. After several discussions with Jon, my husband and I decided to proceed with him for building ALL the custom cabinetry throughout our entire home. This included : our kitchen and servery, pantry, 6 bathroom vanities, 4 walk-in closets, 2 window reading benches with bookshelves, 14' long walnut study desk for the kids with bookshelves on both ends, laundry room, mudroom, basement bar, and foyer closet. It was an enormous project!!! We can honestly say that the experience with Jon was incredibly smooth from start to finish - from discussions, to design, to revisions, to manufacturing, to installation, and ending with final touch-ups. And the final products - simply gorgeous!!! Jon - we will absolutely be recommending you to anyone looking for cabinetry. > My wife and I ordered the table of our dreams from Millbank. They were extremely easy to work with and we created a table that we will certainly own for ever. The design process was as easy as saying I want "this style table, with these legs, this colour, this material, this finish etc". They hand made it completely custom and it's the centre piece of our house.  The quality is outstanding and the price was excellent. I would highly recommend you pay them a visit if you are looking for some very high quality custom furniture. It's worth the drive to Millbank :)
