> We had a very large, dying silver maple in a narrow planting strip by the street. The entire removal process with Mal and his crew went smoothly and professionally. He removed the tree, all the wood, as we had no place to store any, ground the stump down to a depth well below what we needed to plant the required replacement tree, and took away the extra grindings. His price was very reasonable, he was on site when he said he would be, and responded quickly to my questions. In short, a perfect experience

> We hired this company to remove two trees. Without permission, they drove over my neighbor's lawn, despite the fact that the ground was obviously soft from the rains. They left deep tire ruts the length of the lawn and attempted to leave without fixing it. When I called Mal, he repeatedly promised the company would come fix it, but no-showed four times. Each time they no-showed, he did not call to follow-up, nor respond to any of my calls. To date, Mal has not fixed the damage to our neighbor's lawn (see photos attached)
