Our agent was amazing and helped us find a home that would work for us. Before we actually saw it in person ourselves (which happened 2 months later on the day we took possession), we sourced and interviewed a few contractors online. We felt comfortable with Jake and scheduled a walk thru with him, his designer and our real estate agent with us remotely. We got a sense of what we wanted to accomplish and luckily for us Jake and his amazing contractors were ready to start the day after we took possession. Our very large ensuite and master bath were both totally gutted and redone, along with new paint and trim in the master bedroom, and the removal and replacement of all broadloom for the stairs and entire upper level. Unfortunately, this project was from about 5 years ago and I no longer have access to the file that would give me the product name. It was a glass tile with staggered sizes and a more linear look. It seems high gloss and I can't find it on the ikea website.
