We have years of experience in all phases of building and specialize in traditional shingle style coastal/cottage style homes, garages and outbuildings. Our goals are to focus on craftsmanship, provide a smooth building process, and form a long-term customer relationship. We limit our projects so that each client receives customized, individual service. I am personally on the job site daily to ensure efficient use of time, materials, and commitment to detail.

> Project was to add a functional 9' X 7' front entryway to an existing raised ranch house.  The new structure was designed to integrate with the existing roof line of the house and facilitate easy entry in all weather conditions.  We were extremely happy with the final product.  Rob is very easy to work with and spent a good bit of time on the job site communicating with us and his crew. He is flexible and provides creative alternatives to resolving emerging challenges typical of any project of significance.  The quality of workmanship delivered by carpenters, landscapers and electricians was first rate.  This project, including some significant change orders, spanned approximately 2.5 months.  Based on our experience, If there was one area for future improvement it would be tracking & reporting in-process cost estimates.  Admittedly, this is a difficult task but better visibility of in-process cost would have yielded a 5 star rating.  Overall, we would highly recommend Rob Shultz and would look to him for any future projects of this type.

Rob is on it every step of the way, insuring high quality, engaging excellent sub-contractors, discovering better solutions and immediately solving problems, and coordinating his team to deliver on time. A complex renovation turned out to be a stress free and delightful collaboration, unlike some previous ones I have done, and the result is a special, transformed place to enjoy for a long time.
