**★★★★★ — Anna Burns, Aug. 2017**

> Chris and company did a beautiful job painting my single family home which has smooth stucco walls, wood doors and windows, metal security doors, wood trim and cement porches. They used top quality paint which they applied skillfully for a smooth, solid, even finish that looks as if it will last for years. They also applied the paint in such a way as to make distinct, crisp lines between the walls of my home, and the contrasting colors of the trim, doors, windows etc., without any spill-over or bleeding - even close up!
>
> Additionally, they took the time to do meticulous prep work, which is a seemingly lost art. For example, because they put in the hours needed to properly prep and re-glaze my old wooden, diamond pane, bay windows built in the year 1941, which I thought I would have to replace, the painted windows now look new, enabling me to keep them and maintain the architectural integrity of my home.
>
> Further, Daniel and Juan installed corrugated sheeting on the existing wood frame over my patio, repaired damaged wood on my built-in trellises, and constructed wood frame and mesh covers for my crawl spaces. All of this work was done perfectly.
>
> Chris himself was very professional, honest, well-spoken, patient (I got neurotic at times), knowledgeable and helpful. He has a very good eye for color and helped me select the right shades of paint to use, which resulted in an eye-catching color scheme. Plus, he was always accessible, and on the few occasion I had to leave him a message, he responded quickly and timely. And those who work for him were also professional, diligent, easy to deal with and very likable.
>
> I could not be happier with the process or the result, and am so glad I chose to hire this company.

> I hired ZPainters to paint the exterior and interior of two homes that serve people with disabilities.
> Chris and Gilbert were very friendly, personable, and professional. They worked with us very closely and took care of all our concerns with no time delay.
> Before beginning an area, Chris would call to confirm time, and when they were finished, he'd call to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They did a beautiful job!
> They were also very considerate and accommodating by working with around the schedules of the residents in the home.
> This is a very good company with a lot of heart and I highly recommend them.

> Zamora Painting is a high-quality, professional company of painters that did a fantastic job on both the interior and exterior of our home. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous from start to finish.
>
> The process began with a friendly visit with a member of the team who walked through the extent of the job. He took notes, measurements, and answered all my questions, and asked some great ones, too. He was informative, and comprehensive. I had a series of estimates emailed that evening, breaking the job down into parts. It was a complex estimate, but I got it in a way that allowed me to budget and schedule.
>
> The interior work they did involved patching and repairing wall and ceiling damage. The painter was right on time, protected our stuff, and worked so quietly I forgot he was there! The result was so smooth, so beautiful, you can’t tell where the original damage was at all. Totally seamless. And it was done in less than a day.
>
> But that pales compared to the exterior work. They did an entire repaint and resurfacing out our house and trim. The cracked and damaged concrete surface was repaired and sanded smooth and level. The paint applied to the exterior was elastomeric, hard to apply. But the crew was beyond careful: They were perfectionists, clearly proud of their work; they were quiet, careful with our house, and cleaned up at the end of each day, and completely at the end of the job. The result is perfect. And the trim work is stunningly sharp!
>
> But the best thing about working with them was their patience and fun attitude. I got lots of input on color, lots of chances to try out samples, and lots of communication during the whole process. They were clean, punctual, friendly right through the final walk-through with the owner of the company. They even mounted my house new numbers for me.
>
> It’s great to have a house painter you can call and just know they’ll do a good job. I’m a former house painter myself, so I knew they were doing it right.
