> Chip, the owner, and his crew installed the landscape plan that I'd had drawn up by another company which included plants,  irrigation, and hardscape.  He then planned and installed a colorful and draught  tolerant landscape - with fencing and brick patio.  Chip is am artistic guy who is also considerate  of one's budgets.
