To me, the prices are reasonable for the quality of furnishings offered. I would have given this establishment a five star rating, but a few years ago when we bought some bedroom furniture, we had a broken part that was very difficult for us to get repaired or replaced via the store. We eventually repaired it ourselves. This was probably a glitch as the new store was being built and the management of the store was changing hands from the father to the son, because we have bought a lot of furniture from Swanns over the years and never had a service issue before.
