**★★★★★ — HU-737843576, Dec. 2021**

> Neil was amazing. He has a great sense of design, both in terms of layout / flow and finishings. He made a very stressful project considerably less so. We had issues with our contractor (we should have hired someone he recommended rather than a reference from a friend) and he made sure everything was done properly and kept the subcontractors on task. He was super responsive and a joy to work with. I don't know what we would have done without him. I definitely highly recommend him!

**★★★★★ — anishaan, Dec. 2021**

> Neil and his team are wonderful to work with! They are very knowledgeable and have guided us through the layout, design, and approvals process so far (renovation to happen summer 2022). Neil has been very patient with us as we have changed our minds over details many times. We really appreciate his expertise and trust his advice. I highly recommend TNB Architecture!

**Comment from TNB Architecture:**

> Thanks Anisha!

> We're so excited about your project and cant wait to start construction. It's going to be a great space!

> Mr. Schwartz is the best architect I have ever had the pleasure of working with over the last 40 years. He always gets back to you, answers any questions , always on time for meetings in his office or on site, Very professional and knowledgeable. 100 stars.
> Dr. Herskovits

**Comment from TNB Architecture:**

> Thank you for the kind words. It's a pleasure working with you!

**★★★★★ — Robert Bryant, Dec. 2020**

> Neil Schwarz of TNB Architecture exceeded my highest expectations during all phases of a complete renovation of a 1925 sixth floor walkup apartment in the East Village. He provided solid advice and recommendations with several floor plans and options to choose from. He also offered advice on fixtures and finishes. His services were affordable and worth every penny.
> During the most challenging moments in the renovation, Neil remained calm, providing solutions to the most daunting of problems we encountered from navigating solutions for the coop board to dealing with gas and electric issues.

**Comment from TNB Architecture:**

> Thanks Robert!
>
> Was a pleasure to help you with the project.

**★★★★★ — Meryle Gens, April 2020**

> It was a pleasure working with TNB Architecture. Neil is a talented architect, very professional & easy to work with. I had been working with an architect previously who got me into a huge mess. Neil saved my project & I will always be grateful to him & TNB Architecture. I highly recommend them.

**★★★★★ — malka\_101, Jan. 2018**

> Neil listened carefully to what we wanted and designed a space to meet our functional and aesthetic requirements. He was patient as we changed our ideas of what we wanted, and redesigned plans as necessary. He’s been sensitive to our budget and open about what we can expect during the design and construction phases. Neil has been great to work with, and we highly recommend him!

**★★★★★ — Mia Jeong, June 2017**

> I am an architect and have been working with Neil for the past year. We have worked together on a number of projects of various scopes; from gut renovations to new builds. Neil's professionalism and architectural knowledge is evident in his projects as his designs are both efficient and beautiful. It has been a pleasure to work with him.

**★★★★★ — Rob S, Jan. 2017**

> My wife and I worked with Neil on a large renovation in the Manhattan about 4 years ago. Neil was extremely professional, thorough and brought smart ideas to the table. He was able to work within our budget and make sure maximized our space and had a consistent aesthetic throughout the apartment. We could not be happier with the work that Neil did on our project.

**★★★★★ — Roz Leibowitz, Jan. 2017**

> Neil has worked on two of my home renovations and I can attest to his knowledge, creativity, and passion for getting things right and on time. I can fully recommend him for such projects; he can navigate the labyrinthine byways of the NYC building code and come up with creative plans as well.

**★★★★★ — Rachel Field, Sept. 2016**

> Neil is amazing. I am a new developer and he was always available, explained everything to me and helped me make intelligent choices. As a result my four rental apartments always get rented within a week. They look like condo finishes but did not cost nearly as much as how expensive they look. In addition I ran into some structural and equipment problems. He helped streamline the repairs and helped me feel confident that I was making the right choices for my building. My project lasted for a couple of years because after I renovated two of the units two more became available. It was always a pleasure to have Neil on my team. He can tackle any project from small to large!

**Comment from TNB Architecture:**

> Thank you for the kind words Rachel, it's always a pleasure working with you.
