Paradigm Lost Architectural Design is a metro Denver Colorado based residential architecture and design studio specializing in new construction, additions, pop-tops and remodels for single family, duplex and townhome projects.

Owner, principal designer, licensed Architect, and licensed General Contractor, Phil Loper, has 25+ years’ experience working independently, as well as in other architecture firms, general contracting firms, construction project management and the construction trades. Also equipped with an architectural design degree (B.Envd), earned with honors, from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Phil possesses a comprehensive understanding of both architecture and construction practices.

Phil strives to provide a practical and streamlined approach to the design process. This can help to alleviate miscommunications and bridge the often present gap between what is designed and how it gets built. And, since every aspect of each project is personally handled, or directly supervised by Phil, every client can be assured that no detail goes unchecked, and their true vision becomes reality.

This approach most often leads to a more efficient design and construction process, better quality end product, on-schedule and on-budget project results. But, most importantly, this leads to extremely satisfied clients.

> Phil was very helpful putting together plans to remodel my house. He is knowledgeable, talented, professionally, and works efficiently to get things done.

**★★★★★ — Paul Bender, Nov. 2019**

> Paradigm Lost did architectural design and drawings for a large covered outdoor deck that will be attached to our house. The work was done quickly with quality drawings, at a reasonable price.

**★★★★★ — Jason Coughlin, Nov. 2019**

> Phil did a great job throughout the design process. He was very patient and listened to our ideas and not only provided a design we wanted but one we needed and used the space the most effective way. He worked with our schedule to get our permit submission ready to minimize our project downtime. I would not hesitate to use Phil again or recommend him for your next design project.

**★★★★★ — Alpert homes, Nov. 2019**

> Phil @ Paradigm is highly professional, expeditious, and blends beauty with function in his work! Paradigm is current with trends, construction methods, and collaborates effortlessly with all the other design professionals involved in the design/approval process. As the design process progresses, Paradigm is tolerant and flexible to changes. Highly recommend!

**★★★★★ — IC Palmer, Jan. 2019**

> Architect Phil Loper at Paradigm Lost did an excellent job designing a 600sf, two-story addition for our mountain home, as well as redesigning the existing structure. He was professional and knowledgeable about all phases of the project, and we appreciated his advice re: permits, cost containment, and solutions for the most efficient use of the space. Phil proposed creative yet practical ideas that made a big impact. The transformation of the house has been amazing! We love being in our new space and would highly recommend Phil and Paradigm Lost!

**★★★★★ — Halie Werge, Nov. 2018**

> Phil at Paradigm Lost Design Build designed an 800 sq foot addition on my house. He was fast, well priced, and had excellent ideas for how to design within our budget. He also submitted everything for permitting, followed up with the City (even found an error the City made), and got us a permit in record time. Prior to finding Phil, we were working with an architect that quoted us double what Phil charged; and it included work that we found out we'd never be able to afford. We have received construction quotes and they came in around what we were expecting. I'm extremely please with Phil and would highly recommend him!

**★★★★★ — Lee Wenger, Oct. 2018**

> In addition to great design ideas, Phil has been effective in designing a plan for us that balances between great appearance and reduced build cost. Phil has been really easy to work with and was able to incorporate changes quickly. I plan on using Phil again in the future.

**★★★★★ — Cory Dahl, Oct. 2018**

> Paradigm Lost has designed a couple homes for us including full pop top remodels and new builds. Their attention to detail and knowledge of the City/County requirements is outstanding. They are great about listening to the needs/wants for the project and incorporating all items to achieve the desired outcome.
