> I would highly recommend All In One Development!  Brett Burbey goes above and beyond.  He and his crew were knowledgeable, professional, and kept open communication from start to finish.  All In One Development completed four projects at my house in Long Barn, CA; all of which my husband and I were extremely satisfied with the finished product.
> Project 1: They reinforced the failing post and pier foundation on the front of my house. My house no longer creaks and I feel much safer knowing the work was done right.
> Project 2: This project started as replacing the failing top half of the staircase leading up from my driveway to the front porch.  Once the project began, Brett discovered that the bottom half of the staircase was also failing.  He and his team ended up building us a new, beautiful, sturdy, code compliant staircase.
> Project 3: This project was very labor intense because they had to remove a massive (nonfunctioning) brick fireplace and capped chimney, reinforce the foundation, close the wall, and match the siding perfectly.
> Project 4:  Brett and his crew installed new, high-quality laminate flooring in our living/dining room and hallway.  The floor of our house was completely unlevel (more than inches from one side of the room to the other) and peaked near the center of the room.  They managed to even out the floor as much as possible and tie in the flooring perfectly to the laminate that was already installed in the kitchen.
> My advice to potential customers: You get what you pay for when you hire All In One Development which is QUALITY WITHOUT COMPROMISE.  Do not hesitate to accept a bid from Brett and lock in your contract right away!
