**Q: Little disappointed** *(in Product Questions)*

In the product description it says ladder is 5ft by 13 inches top... I assumed that meant it was over 6' tall... I rec'd it yesterday and it is barely 5' tall, which makes a huge difference. What is my cost to have to send this back>

A: Very sorry for the confusion. How size works on Houzz is Height by Width, sometimes including depth. The Ladders are 5 foot tall by 13 inches wide at the top (the bottom are approximately 17 inches), but given that each are made by hand, sanding & other processes make minor changes in the size parameters. Processing a return is handled by Houzz, I do believe - I am following up with them now & will let you know as soon as I hear back. Thank you!

**Q: my order hasn’t been delivered yet** *(in Product Questions)*

Hi my Order 1582-0745-7907-2011 was supposed to be delivered between Nov 3rd -7th but hasn’t been delivered yet to my destination.   According to fedex tracking it’s being held in Brunswick, GA.  Do you know what the issue is??

A: Hi Vicki,

We have called and checked on your order. When pick up was scheduled it didn't happen do a routing or address issue so it was delivered. The rep confirmed it was en route. Deliveries from Ga to California often do take longer. It is scheduled before or on Friday 11/10. You can go into tracking and request updates.
