> Quality you can trust??? Should your two week before closing walk thru repairs takes 3 months to complete?  Should sunlight be shining thru your attic wall?  Should you have ½ gap in your bathroom tile floor? Shouldn’t your weight bearing wall actually sit completely on its footer? I doubt I will another Ben Testerman home.

> BEWARE! I bought my house in the mid 90's from this company as they were developing an area in Maryville. I cannot believe this company is still in business. After moving into my house, it flooded several times. Testerman Construction refused to ever grade the yard properly. I begged them in tears to fix the flooding problem. I was newly divorced and treated like dirt- with disrespect by everyone in this company. I actually filed a complaint with better business bureau - but Testermant Construction rep just lied and said my flower beds caused the flooding. I ended up paying over $20,000 through the years having my yard professionally re-graded - and french drains put around the whole house. Just seeing this companies name gives me nightmares. Yes, now my home is fine --- but they could have so easily fixed it by just fixing the drainage with "their" equipment as the built the homes around me.
