> I was given Kristen's contact by a realtor as a strong recommendation to assist me in a renovation of a suite. We took a suite that was finished in 1997 and completely reworked it to a modern masculine decor. The outcome has drawn rave reviews from my clients who have stayed in the suite. Kristen was able to put together a plan for the layout and then later she provided all the suggestions for finishing and furnishing. Kristen brought a list of trusted contractors that I was able to choose from. Once we entered into the furnishing stage Kristen did most of the shopping and had everything delivered to the building.
> Kristen was always generous with her time when I had a question or a contractor needed clarification. On a couple rare occasions when something had to be discussed during off hours to keep schedule on site, she brought her little crew, in training. When it was time to square up the finances for services I was pleasantly pleased with the invoice.

> After years of dreaming about a new home, Riley and Kristen still surprised us upon possession. Natural wood accents both inside and out, twenty foot high rock fireplace, gorgeous open stairwell, glassed in steam shower in ensuite, sauna next to the family/theater room in the basement, nine foot island, barn door leading to pantry next to garage entrance, fully integrated lighting, A/V, security systems. Not sure we will move again.

What is the gym flooring?

A: Thanks! It’s a 3/8” rubber gym floor from a local gym equipment supplier. Rolls come in 4’x25’ lengths usually.

**Q: Island Color** *(in Photo Questions)*

What color is the island?

A: Hi Carolina! The paint colour is Benjamin Moore - Champion Cobalt, the quartz is TCE 3003.
