> Scott and Tash are a great cohesive team and a delight to work with on every endeavor. Easy going and confident at the same time, they create stunning livable spaces that are well thought out and extremely detailed from the ceiling fixtures to the floor boards. Their architectural styles range from formal traditional to beautiful modern structures, while adding their personal touches along the way. They take their clients input to heart and gently guide them through the design process to a wonderful new home. I really enjoy collaborating with them whenever we work on a project together!

**Q: I would love any information you have about the fireplace insert.** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: If you are talking about the inside of the firebox it is just a horizontal log lighter set in rocks.  Exterior skin is custom metal panels with magnetic attachment

Please tell me who is the manufacturer of the fireplace and tile used?

A: All custom built masonry fireplace. The panels above are hand painted metal and secured magnetically

Who made the great railing?

A: Custom railing inspired by owner.

**Q: What materials were used for the exterior?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The white panels above are Swiss Pearl cement panels and the grey is smooth finish plaster

**Q: Where does the water drain with this style of roof?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: There is a cricket (rasied roof) in the center of the roof, (you don't see it) and then water is directed to downspouts on either side.
