> We hired Century Bay Builders to do a front porch/screened in porch addition to our home and ended up adding on 5 feet to the side of our house and doing a total Kitchen remodel at the same time.

> Both Patrick and Nick are incredibly talented guys and very fun to work with.  They listened to what we wanted to accomplish (even our crazy ideas like the outdoor shower) and made it fun to find a solution that would work to get us what we wanted with our 1920s Cape Cod-style home.  They are both very creative thinkers but also great project managers.  You can tell they have very good relationships with their full time carpenters as well as all of their sub contractors who have been working with them for years - some back when their father started the business many years ago.

They worked very hard to ensure the quote they gave us was what they could deliver. A: This vanity was designed by Patrick Shaver at Century Bay Builders and built by Adelphi Cabinetry. The client was looking for an espresso finished Birch cabinet a traditional raised panel door.

A: The floors are from Anderson Hardwood. Simarron 5" hand-scraped, color = HSRO5796-bay.

A: The doors and mill-work in this office were custom made Knotty Alder and had a custom mixed stain using some of the standard Minwax colors.

**Q: what was the source of the black slate and did it need to be sealed?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi Carmine,
These tops are not completely flat. There are a few areas that do have some high and low spots but are not quite as pronounced as a slate tile. As we were laying out the counter tops with the client and counter fabricator, we selected to put the "character" ridges off to the side of the main working areas. I hope this helps.
