A: Hello Gracelyn17,  Unfortunately we are not able to furnish the plans for this project.  We were the builder on this project.  However you can contact the project Architect.   Cohen Architecture (314)  773-0400.  They may be able to share some of this info.  Thank you!

I love the stone on the fireplace. What is it called and do you know where I can possibly get it?

A: Hi Amanda,  thank you for writing - glad you like it!  The stone was purchased from a quarry nearby called Semco website: http://www.semcostone.com/  The material used is called Blue River, Variegated.  I hope this helps!  Sincerely, Scott

**Q: Flooring hère and in kitchen** *(in Photo Questions)*

What kindle of flooring is this? The whole house is so classy.

A: Hi Studiopopp,
The wood treads are Cherry wood.  When we carefully cleared the site where the home was to be built, we harvested several Cherry Trees.  The homeowner (a creative, industrious fellow who was interested in re-use of site materials) milled the cherry wood into the thick cut treads.  They turned out great! **Q: ideas for loft beds for teenagers** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi Studiopopp,
The lower portions of the screen are just screen panel (just like the top portion...with no mid-rail), but I'm guessing what you're seeing is that the lower portion also has a cable rail system...which continues on the open deck area outside of the screened porch.  The cable rail system is made up of black steel posts/rails and stainless cable.  Hope this answered your question.  Thanks!
