> 6-8 week guaranteed project took over 6 month. We had to take over the project and work directly with subs to get anything done. Do not waste your time and mental health.

> We would recommend NOT going with Mosquito Creek.  We signed a contract to have some work done on our bathrooms in mid-November 2016; it is now April 30, 2017 and the work has not been completed.  If managed properly, the scope of completion should have been about 4 days running.  Customer service has been abysmal with numerous e-mails and phone calls not responded to in a timely fashion, or simply ignored altogether.  We have chosen to finish the last details ourselves.  While the work that was done by MUCH prodding is satisfactory, the stress of trying to complete the project is simply no longer worth it.  Very disappointing ...

> Small bathroom remodel for our mother in law.  Absolutely abysmal customer service and workmanship. Completely unresponsive to our repeated calls, texts, even a certified letter outlining issues. Did not adhere to contract schedules, planning or delivery of material. Impossible to communicate with; over promised and under delivered on all aspects of remodel. A 2 week reno took well over 8 weeks and we are completely dissatisfied with the quality and workmanship of the final product. If your money, time and finished product are important to you, definitely  DO NOT recommend. (Edited to indicate this company changed hands sometime during 2016)

> Mosquito Creek was the general contractor who remodeled our 10x16 foot Four Seasons room. They completely gutted it down to the framing, installed three exterior doors, had it rewired and replaced the insulation. Installed new plaster board, plaster and painted all walls with two coats of paint. Installed window and door trim that we pre-stained and pre-varnished ourselves.

What is the brand of your beverage cooler

A: The customer purchased this cooler. I believe the brand is Frigidaire

**Q: Where did you find the marquee and ticket booth?  Could you include prices too please?  Thanks!** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Both were built in house specifically for this project through our design build process. The theater room doors are slab doors with molding overlaid. We ordered the brass handles and back plates on line. Ticket booth is made out of cherry. Both pieces installed were approx. $4800.00.
