From Chuck who handles the location and floor plan process who was very responsive to my emails and very patient with my indecisiveness. To Michelle who not only assists with selections but gives her honest opinions in helping make sure you make the right choices if you are a little unsure helps because let’s be honest sometimes it can seem overwhelming but she does a great job at making it easy. She also loads the schedule into Buildertrend and makes sure everything falls in place when it should. To Scott who makes sure the job is done and done right, which I also can’t stress enough. There are a lot of contractors out there that really build homes and don’t have anyone routinely checking on the process to ale sure there subs are getting things done correctly and I’m not just speaking off my previous experience but spending the time watching many other homes in the Covington Mandeville, Madisonville area.
