> Accessorize by Design helped us stage our dowdy old 1970's tract home when we listed it for sale in August.  We had interviewed a few other staging companies recommended by our realtor, but all of them required us to move all our existing furniture out,  which I didn't want to do.  A friend of mine had hired Accessorize by Design to do a refresh of their home which turned out amazing, so I called them.  With very short notice,   Linda and Suzanne completely transformed the place.  Their crew was great and so careful with our furniture.  Best of all,  they did it in 1 day.   They really understand what looks good both in person and in photography.  The listing photos were beautiful.  Thanks to them, we got an offer in 48 hours.  We could not be happier with both their service and their style.  We were so impressed that we have hired them to work with us selecting paint, flooring and furniture for our new home.  Cannot recommend them highly enough.

> Great sub contractors provided for our beautiful kitchen remodel with new wood flooring, incredible hard rock maple cabinet work with self close drawers and door hinges with lots of space on the awesome porcelain countertops.  A large functional island housing a farm sink, additional storage, spice racks and slide out trash can compartment all surrounded by a very nice smooth finish paint application for walls and the ceiling.  New LED lighting throughout and using under counter and back lights creates nice mood environment.  Pendant lighting very cool too.  Enjoying our new environment thanks to these craftsmen.

> I cannot begin to express how grateful and pleased I was to meet, confer and work with Suzanne Winn of Accessorize by Design.  I was at a standstill after years of DIY remodeling in my home.  I was out of ideas for my Master Bed and Bath redesign, final furniture placement, and art selections.  Suzanne was a Godsend.

> Over several years, my husband and I remodeled our home, and did a good job of it, but the finishing touches were lacking.  I heard about Suzanne and her company through friends and asked her to come help me figure out what was wrong/missing.  On our first meeting, she was effervescent! She walked through my home, took stock of MY style, took a look at the things I already owned and reconfigured my space by moving existing pieces, re-organizing, re-grouping and making it all com together.  She was thoughtful of items that were sentimental to me (that probably should have been removed completely), but she made them work.  She helped me pare down without making me feel like I was being stripped.

>  Her next meeting helped me take all of my beloved art pieces and place them in the proper rooms, in better arrangements that highlighted art without feeling overbearing.  Her design aesthetic and arrangement skills are amazing.

She came in with her EXCEPTIONAL spacial reorganization/design skills, and by making a couple of reasonable changes in the bathroom (smaller 70's bath with vanity inside the bedroom) suggested adding a wall to separate the vanity from the bedroom, remove a wall separating the toilet and shower from the vanity, thus letting in the natural light from the window, pushed a dividing wall into my closet to give me a longer vanity, adding a storage cabinet and Suzanne found hidden space behind a wall that allowed us to put in storage niches.  I can't tell you how ELEGANT and HUGE my bathroom felt after doing everything she suggested.  I wished we had do it years ago.

> We have had the distinct pleasure to have worked with Linda on two separate residential projects.  The homes were of different size and style, yet Linda created and implemented designs for the homes that captured our vision. Both homes were show piece homes that received rave reviews from visitors and real estate brokers.
> The most recent project was a 5000 square foot traditional home. We bought the home as an empty shell, and sold our prior home fully furnished, so Linda was presented with a blank slate with which to go to work. She created a beautiful design that was consistent with the design of the home, as well as with our own taste. She then assembled furniture, furnishing, décor, lighting, window coverings, wall hangings and bedding to execute the plan, all accessories such as paintings, accent pieces with the result being a work of art.
> The prior home was a 2400 square foot townhouse, yet she created and executed a design plan for that home that was compatible with the style and scale of the home with a beautiful result. The home showed so well that when it went on the market, it sold at the highest price ever received for the neighborhood, and buyer purchased every piece of furniture and furnishings in the home.

> A bit of a back story to set the tone for this amazing experience. We have a 40 year old townhome that was basically in original condition.  Our renters of 22 years decided to move elsewhere which meant that some refreshing needed to be done.  We came upon Suzanne Winn through a glowing recommendation from a friend. What started as a simple update turned into an entire renovation/gut which started in the garage, moved to the courtyard and into the 1750 sq ft townhome.  Nothing was kept except one steel tub.
