The entire roof was wavy, I gave it a few months to see if it would flatten and it did not. They came out to fix part of the roof after lots of begging and complaining. They were the most expensive quote I received, so I had hoped the quality would be better. > Now I'm 3 years into my 5 year warranty and the side they did not fix is still way to wavy and will most likely leak. The salesman that got the process started was very personable and did a good job demonstrating the quality of the windows they provide. I had 6 pretty large windows replaced, and the workers were only here for a few hours. The cost was a bit higher than I had hoped for, but I think the quality made up for it. Tim managed our project and would go out of his way to make sure any questions we had were quickly answered and was very easy to reach.
