Designer was well prepared - came to our house, assessed our requirements and provided design options in a week. Installers came about three weeks later and did an outstanding job. There was a very small flaw in the finish on one of the cabinet doors, and they replaced the door at no charge. The only difference between what was described and what was installed, was that we have floorboards along the wall that we were told would be cut to fit the cabinets into, but the cabinet bottoms came pre-cut to fit around the floorboards, leaving a gap between the floorboard and the cabinet, and it's too big to fill with caulk.
