> Scott was the Construction Manager for six ski vacation homes that I designed in Wilmington, VT. Five of these were slopeside at The Hermitage, a private ski area in Wilmington, and the other was at Cold Brook Crossing, a ski/vacation home development with great views of Haystack Mountain (The Hermitage) and Mount Snow. These were high end projects and as such were demanding in terms of complexity and expectation for finish quality. Scott was great to work with. He communicates well, pays attention to detail, offers suggestions in a useful and practical way, and is an excellent construction manager. Scott knows all the trades people in the Valley, their strengths and weaknesses, and knows how to get the best results from everybody. The projects were completed on time and on budget, and I would recommend Scott highly to anyone.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and the timeliness they completed the project in, despite working during an inclement New England winter. They collaborated with me in every detail of the project to ensure I was satisfied and were a pleasure to work with. They were always respectful and trustworthy in my home and were fairly priced for top quality workmanship. I was disheartened to see their hard work destroyed by a fire at my house, but they exceeded my expectations in supporting me since the day of the fire through helping me navigate the difficult insurance process, promptly returning phone calls and emails (even off hours), and helping me every step of the way in redesigning a new home. ## Community Q&A

**Q: Did you use the Cabot bleaching stain on the siding?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: as a comparison in this picture, the garage doors are cedar and the garage siding is pine. i'm not sure how the cedar will take the stain as it is naturally much more red/orange in color whereas pine is naturally very light
