Owner, Colby Hubble, moved his business to South Carolina from Texas in 2007.  He has led projects ranging from unique corporate headquarters to one of a kind custom homes. Colby spent the last five years working on various projects in the Cliffs Communities including the Beach Club and International Institute of Golf.  His reputation and quality of workmanship has resulted in a strong client base within the Cliffs and throughout the Upstate.

Colby uses his 15+ years of experience in the industry and his Bachelor of Science in Construction Technology to bring a project from concept to completion. With the use of AutoCAD and Google Sketchup, Colby creates 3D models to determine the best site layout for the lot considering the client's wishes.  He relishes the challenge of custom home building.  Some of his recent projects include:  renovation of historic homes in the North Main area of Greenville, and renovation/new custom homes in the Cliffs Communities.

> After much stalling on delivery date from the originally hired contractor, we hired Colby to rebuild our master shower. We are the new homeowners and inherited a big problem (discovered during home inspection). This was not a huge job, as in building a house, but difficult in the sense of tearing out a large shower in the master bath due to rot underneath caused by major leaks that were neglected.
