> I sincerely wanted to give Action Landscaping 5 stars for their work.  They put in a large retaining wall in the back of my house, to essentially level the backyard (which had previously been a steep hill).  The job was finished in 3 days time, and everything was handled diligently and professionally.  However, a problem ensued with the landscaping part of the project, and the company was not very communicative or forthcoming with solutions.  In my opinion, the true essence of a company is how they handle problems or issues with customer satisfaction (many companies are on their best behavior before final payment; once a job is "finished" and paid for, then all bets are off, and the best companies continue to engage the customer and strive for customer satisfaction).  This is where Action Landscaping disappointed me, with their poor communication and, in my opinion, lazy response.  I don't think they're a bad company (their wall work seems quite good), but I feel they don't quite reach the class of being a really good company based on their "conflict resolution skills."
