> We recently had a problem with our designer kitchen faucet that could not be corrected. The faucet was installed when our custom home was built in 2014. After numerous calls and many hours on the phone with the manufacturer, we got nowhere, So out of desperation I called the local distributor, Water & Co., at a time when many stores were closed or had limited availability due to the COVID 19 situation. I promptly got connected to Erica Baum, the store's Studio Manager and explained our plight. Erica immediately went to bat for us with the manufacturer and not only was able to obtain a complete replacement at no cost under warranty, but also made the entire process convenient and safe by having the new faucet drop shipped directly to us. She also arranged to have the defective faucet picked up. We can't thank Water & Co. and Erica for standing by us and getting our problem resolved promptly. The new faucet works great! We would not hesitate to recommend Water & Co, for all your needs.
