> Lighting is such a valuable and important part of our home. Not only do we rely on light for tasks, it also creates moods and enhances the décor of our home. Working with Megan has been a pleasure and kept us from any doubt or worry about selecting the best lighting for our home. Megan has always been very helpful and her product knowledge is unsurpassable. Not only does she have great design advice, she understands her customer’s needs and brings forward the best options to assure our satisfaction. I highly recommend Megan for your lighting needs.

> There are a lot of beautiful fixtures here with lots of selection but the service is horrible. I purchased two (so I could choose in home) fixtures. I felt this company is suspicious of customers, haughty, and not eager to serve. Purchases and returns are cumbersome and help seems thinly available.
> I was a walk in. I was told there might not be sales person to help me immediately, so I agreed to wait. Did find a fixture but then wait time to purchase was awful while they generate paperwork, contact warehouse, warehouse brings up (if they are not too busy), purchase is completed by a separate cashier. I established that I could return one fixture after deciding on one, but this is not easy, either. They were very suspicious about whether I had installed the 'no' fixture so unpacked, inspected, and repacked, then there was paperwork generation, again, even though I had the original paperwork. Then someone comes to electronically scan the item in ...... takes FOREVER! Finally, the computer was set to take my return. THEN, on the fixture I kept, I discovered that the glass shade was factory damaged and I needed to exchange. I was surprised to receive a fixture that seemed like a second, from a company of this one's reputation, necessitating the exchange. Again, a loooooong paperwork episode after a salesperson becomes available. I was promised phone call to establish a time line for the reorder. Never happened. I called back myself. Promised a return call. Never happened. Finally, called and waited for response on the line and was given the information I needed, but it was tough.

> We are in the process of building a new home, and I was dreading the lighting portion of the project. Luckily someone recommended I got to Northwest, and I am so happy I did. They have made the lighting selection process very easy and painless. They even gave great advice on the layout of the lighting. Their prices were extremely price competitive. I checked all of the lights I bought against other prices online, and they were almost always lower. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

> Northwest Lighting stands for excellence in multiple levels. My first experience was a walk in customer. I was greeted by the warmest sincere smiling individual. "I was sold." Northwest Lighting and Accents has a big selection on display with prices ranging from $50 and up. When browsing their showroom, I never felt rushed and there's always someone to answer my questions. Customer service is friendly and extremely helpful. Thank-you Jen
