Over half the windows came with defective hardware and don't function properly. Everything was supposed to be under warranty, yet it's been six months of runaround since we moved in and they still have not come by to fix anything, despite endless promises and multiple site visits. We used Loewen Windows expecting a great product and equally good customer service. We have had nothing but problems with their screen quality. It is deteriorating and Loewen refuses to stand behind their product.
