The staircase used railroad ties that were on the property when the buyer purchased the home. A boulder fireplace, raised wooden planting beds and boulder placements completes this walk out basement back yard. Planting beds were topped off with native Alaskan Wood Mulch delivered from Seward, AK. Snapped stone steps accessed the water for their daily trout fishing. Multiple trees were installed which brought the native deer in.
