She really understood what we were working with and quickly pulled together everything we needed, giving us plenty of options and guidance. Leisa also saved us a ton of money by helping us see that some bathrooms didn't need a total gut and that we could salvage some areas. He could clearly see I was holding a faucet handle and a look that was screaming for help. All I knew was I needed a part for this 25 year old handle and had very low expectations of finding the part - never mind finding someone willing to go out of there way to search on his computer for it....most other places would have just simply dismissed my need without going to any trouble to find the part for this old handle but rather would have tried to sell me a new faucet set entirely. > > Mark was extremely patient with me, as I had no clue what I needed or any clue once I had the part how to reinstall the part into the faucet handle. He took the time to explain to me what I was going to do with the part once I got it home - how to reinstall the part and assured me that if it didn't work as he described that I could call him back and he would walk me through it over the phone. > > I was floored today buy Mark's commitment to making sure I had what I needed and that I would be able to install it properly. I paid for my items in full, which was a massive mistake. I was sold an item that has already been discontinued by the manufacturer, despite still being displayed on their shelves. When I asked for the valves (to get started on the rough in), I was given a handful of pieces instead of a properly packaged box. The mixing valve was missing several key components, it took multiple trips back to bender to figure this out. The valve itself was 'new' and had not been seen by a third generation plumber with 30 years personal experience..so when it came missing instructions and pieces, everyone was confused. I brought this to the attention of Lorraine, who was initially very nice. She failed to acknowledge two emails regarding this situation, let alone offer any kind of apology/compensation. I would use this company to see fixtures in person and then buy online. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME..this company cost me time and money on top of my fixtures, unacceptable. **Comment from BENDER:** > Ashley, we are so sorry for the inconvenience. Kohler has just launched an new valve nationwide and across the country there were similar issues. Kohler has since changed the way, they are shipping the product. It is now an individual box versus 4 loose pieces, the style you received.
