Rudy, June 2023** > Company constructed a well built home that I would purchase again. The 4 star rating is a result of inefficiencies in their administrative processes. The owner truly wants to make things right however when the discrepancy list is submitted it is not properly tracked and no communication from the office is made to the homeowner. I was the one that had to call them to inquire on the status of necessary repairs. This could have been avoided by having a good project manager or administrative staff. The design and thoughtfulness of this home makes it such excellent quality. When any minor issues arose, Pat and his team were responsive (we were under warranty) and problems were solved in a timely manner without question. Thank you for kind words. **★ — Rodney Noe, March 2023** > William "Pat" Weber and Ingenuity provided the worst possible experience I have ever had dealing with contractors in over 30 years of experience. There was very little oversight to the project and Ingenuity would basically forward bills for subcontractors without verifying the work was completed by any kind of standard. Pat Weber was a very good salesman for Ingenuity and all of the things he would provide during the construction of a custom home. Pat did not listen to details of items we requested for the home and communication was horrible throughout the construction process. Attention to detail was a zero and a huge list of items needed to be fixed after completion and Pat Weber expected those items to be fixed by the homeowner. As an example, the water shut off valve was covered by dry wall and Pat told the homeowner to just cut an access hole rather than fixing it himself. Ingenuity also charged $32 an hour for general labor to clean up the job site. I personally cleaned the job site because neighbors were complaining about the trash, garbage and materials strewn around the property. I was still charged for their labor that week even though I did not see one employee there for the hours that were billed. Multiple project delays were created by Pat Weber's inability to order items in a timely manner. **★★★★ — Phil Flanary, Dec. 2020** > We added on a utility/mud room and a single car garage. Kristy made herself available many times to assist with design elements and color choices which we were very grateful for. Custom home construction is a fairly large project with plenty of variables. The Ingenuity team was able to manage the building process quite well and we are very happy with the home that they built for us.
