We are thrilled with the results. Dave (Iowa Home Crafters) listened to our goals and needs and helped us sort out the benefits of a remodel versus new build. Adding a small addition and moving a staircase allowed the entire main floor to function more efficiently and meet our goal of an age-in-place home. Dave helped us throughout to make design/finishing decisions that were both efficient and beautiful. After demo, we appreciate the effort taken to reuse and repurpose and recycle material. Craftsmanship and attention to detail in all areas was meticulous. The foremen, workers, and subs were all highly professional and pleasant to have in our home. Creative design and problem solving with an eye to the function and beauty of the resulting spaces characterized our experience with Iowa Home Crafters. **★★★★★ — nknightames, Jan. 2014** > I had this company help with parts of a basement reconstruction post water damage issues. They painstakenly disassembled a large cabinet in a family room as well as the cupboards in the laundry room. They then re designed parts of the cabinets to modernize and refinished and rebuilt as necessary.
