Glen brought creative and unusual solutions to a 50 year old stone and stucco home located in a great location that was in need of updating and contemporizing. We completely gutted the interior of the space replacing every window, door, roof and (almost every) floor. We added a bedroom, removed an entire level and relocated both the kitchen (from the front of the house to the back) and the only staircase (from a dark, stone surrounded tower to a bright front hall). > > > Our 9 month project went smoothly; Glen was the consummate professional as well as diplomatic negotiator when need be.
