It all started with the fairness in pricing, I quoted the patio with 3 different companies the same way, using the same Paver. I used EP Henry Bristol Stone textured in Avalon blend for the color. Brad beat the pricing of the other 2 and started the job just before Winter, this way the base had time to settle before installation (Very Thoughtful). He and his lead guy Ricky spent so much time with me on the layout and never once made me feel rushed, they even played with dogs in the backyard while they were there. March came around and like clockwork Brad got me on the schedule and started the job. His Staff are professional and very hard working. Ricky the lead is unbelievable at what he does, and is very friendly. That job-site was managed to the tee. They took 3 full days to build the patio and it came out beautiful. I have gotten so many compliments from the neighbors all ready. I was so happy with the work that I added a Paver walkway, and had him put top soil and seed in my backyard which is new construction, and once again he didn't disappoint. He came back 2 days later and completed that job for me.
