> I have collaborated with Pat on several remodel projects, the last one resulted in a whole home remodel.  As an interior designer, I am often the liaison between the client and the contractor.  It is imperative to maintain great communication between all parties.  That was never a problem with Pat.  He was always accessible and open to discuss innovative design and provide problem solving solutions.  The project consisted of updating a whole home and including opening up the kitchen/dining room/living room area.  In order to accommodate the new kitchen layout, we had to remove former windows and either cover them or replace with a smaller size. We revised the lighting and plumbing layout and added new flooring.   It called for comprehensive skills and his team delivered with a remarkable transformation! I am excited to work with Mora Builders on a new project!
