> I was disappointed in my experience with JBMP building a new house. There were errors in the plans that had to be remedied by the contractor, at great cost to me, and they were very defensive about this.  Their lighting plan was insufficient and little thought was given to interior finishes. The head of the firm does not answer emails in a timely manner.  I’m sorry I hired them.

Couch looks very comfy - where may I buy it?

A: Hello and thank you for your interest.  Unfortunately, I do not know that information as these were purchased by the client.  We generally do not source furniture or fabrics since we mainly deal with the architectural elements of interior design - kitchen design, paneling, trim, floor finishes, fireplace surrounds and mantles, etc.  Good luck, I hope you will be able to find what you are looking for!

Do you know what whether that's wallpaper and what is it? Also what color is the paint on the woodwork?

A: Hello and thank you very much for your interest.  Yes, that is wallpaper, but unfortunately I do not know the source.  The woodwork is most likely a Benjamin Moore, perhaps decorator white, but there are many shades of white.

**Q: canopy over front door** *(in Photo Questions)*

hello I live in a new Jersey looking to install canopy over front double door. I am trying to install something without columns and esthetically pleasing.

A: Hello and thank you for your interest.  Depending on how far you have gotten into your research, you may have discovered that this is a difficult and a very complicated, expensive and involved project.  Every aspect of this canopy was custom, including the structure in the walls beyond to carry the weight of the canopy and account for wind and snow loads.

I love the fireplace mantel with shell design!  Where can I get it! It would be perfect for my family room!

A: Hello and thank you very much for your interest.  The mantle was purchased through Fine's Gallery and the model was Bianco Marble Fireplace Surround - MFP-1396, although there are many similar styles if you look at their website in the "French Fireplace" section (http://www.finesgallery.com/).

A: Thank you for your interest!  The previous commenter, Oak & Broad, is correct.  They are white oak boards with ebony stain and satin polyurethane.

Where are the chairs from?
