> We hired Kevin Dunbar (Chisel Point Landscape/Essence Lawn and Landscaping) and initially their work was satisfactory.  I met Kevin and team at a neighbors yard they were working on and that neighbor owns an “A” rated construction company, who used Kevin and team for a number of yard projects. The last construction project was to build us a pergola in our back yard.  After a few months the pergola starting shifting and I reached out to Kevin and advised him that he needed to reinforce the structure.  Then again the piques on the top were shifting and finally the pergola collapsed, and in addition damaging  items in our yard.  Upon inspection of one of the unearthed posts such was found to only have been cemented in ONE foot.  Kevin admitted to me all of the posts had failed.  We have been trying for months to have our yard cleaned up.  Our  confidence and trust is gone and we want a full refund.  Kevin has ghosted us.  DO NOT HIRE CHISEL LANDSCAPING OR ESSENCE LAWN AND LANDSCAPING!!
