We met Scott while looking at lots and floor plans to build our dream home.  Scott made sure every detail of our dream home fit our lifestyle and exceeded our expectations.  Throughout the process he was very responsive to any questions and took the time to explain options and provide updates.  He even took the time to stop by and check on us during the move in process.  Scott went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable in our new home and neighborhood.  We highly recommend Scott Barton at Bella Vita Custom Homes for your dream home.

We were immediately blown away with Scott's professionalism, excitement, and desire to help us build our home.  We built our home from another state and had zero issues being so far away.  Scott provided constant updates, pictures, and videos of the build process.  Bella Vita includes many upgrades in the base pricing, that we didn't have to make too many additional upgrades as we built and if we wanted to make any change, Scott was easy to work with and worked hard to help us make great, timeless-selections, that would stay in our budget.
