After several emails and excuses, he gave me a price that was a lot more than "a few hundred dollars" than he had initially said. I have let him know that I will not be needing his services since he is unresponsive and unprofessional. He has not responded. **Comment from A. Leigh Construction, LLC:** > Twice, I sent Mrs. Vranus an estimate that she did not receive. I spoke with her and apologized for the inconvenience. The estimate was resent immediately. I have responded to all of her communication with exception to the last email in which Mrs. Vranus informed me that she did not need my services. When asked for a ballpark figure off the top of my head, I am always hesitant. I communicated to Mrs. Vranus that I would need to return to the office and run the numbers so that I could put together an estimate for her.
