We needed a plumber, tile guy, carpenter and painter. We contacted several contractors in our area for the job and could not find anyone who could get to the job right away. We looked on-line for the various trades that we would need and found Aptiva Interior Solutions while searching for tile installers. The ad mentioned that they worked mostly with tile, but also mentioned that they did some remodeling. We went to the shop and spoke to Johnny. He explained that not only do they work with tile, but they also have a full crew which does complete remodeling jobs, and they could come out to assess the project in order to give us a bid. Danny came out to our house a few days later to access the project. Several days later a bid was submitted, and we finalized a written contract and a start day was agreed to. Promptly, on the start day, their plumber and his helpers arrived and everything progressed in a smooth and timely fashion. Johnny told us the project should take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks, and he was true to his word. The project was completed in 3 weeks to our great satisfaction and the quality of the work was outstanding. On a daily basis, Johnny kept us updated on the progress of the project and estimated time of completion and to make sure we were happy with everything. We would highly recommend Aptiva for any remodeling projects. Call and talk to Johnny or Danny. You won't be sorry that you did. In our most recent renovation, Daniel Rivas provided design suggestions that changed our project from a nice rehab to a beautiful transformation of our 1983 era country home. The Aptiva installation team was extremely neat and professional, and finished the job in an excellent manner, in time and on budget. This project required replacing eight different flooring materials with one beautiful tile, using different tile sizes to create visual interest, and ensuring that grade differentials were kept to a minimum. It also required repairing and refinishing the original oak flooring in the living areas, and installing a beautiful brick tile back splash (per Daniel's suggestion) in the kitchen.
