> I needed repairs made to my existing sliding glass doors.  I was told I had to pay a service fee for a technician to come out and evaluate the repair in order to order the necessary parts.  This fee was to be applied to the cost to repair the doors.  I paid the service fee, technician came out, wrote down the style number of the door, and informed me that parts could not be supplied.  What a shame...I could have given that number over the phone without a technician fee! Also said they would look for alternative parts.  One month later, I am still waiting.

A: Our apologies for delay, we do have some additional pictures, but most of our projects are installed after we deliver them.  Feel free to stop by our showroom for any additional questions you may have, we can help show what specific windows may look like on your elevations.

A: The painted trim was completed by the customer, the finish on the doors was a factory clad color choice option, we have several clad options to choose from when it comes to color selection.
