Hi everyone! We're replacing the carpet in our living room and can't decide between 2 samples.  We're keeping all the tile and wall colors so trying to pick something to match the existing surroundings. here are two photos to compare. Do you guys like A or B better? Thanks in advance!

**Q: Mannington's Water Resistant Laminate with SpillShield** *(in Flooring)*

Hi,

Has anyone used this product? We were originally thinking of luxury vinyl plank instead of laminate, but the guy at the flooring store suggested this instead because he said it was easier to install and cheaper. We are only replacing the carpet in the living room so there won't be much water and have a small dog who sometimes dribbles water from his mouth when he drinks.

Just wondering if anyone has experience with it and if the water resistance holds up well.

I have a sample of https://www.flooranddecor.com/engineered-hardwood-wood/dijon-brushed-oak-wire-brushed-engineered-hardwood-941700616.html.  Since you mentioned it is Dijon, is your installation using the exact wood in the above link?

Your answer will help me decide if I like this product to buy or not.

A: Good evening miss , I see the color is almost similar , as well as "tongue and groove" lock system , definitely different factory , but there are so many of them nowadays . If you are concentrating on finding the same color of hardwood that we used at this particular project , my answer is yes it looks like it (on picture !!! Maybe it's slightly different in person) . I trust Floor and Decor on 1000% , one of my favorite warehouses here in Vegas .

Is this the Dijon Oak from Floor and Decor?  If so, how has it held up?  Also, is the stair nose the matching piece from F&D or a custom piece?

A: This job done in San-Diego , Ca. Owners bought this material as a special order , idk where did They got it , I'm not a big fan of this particular floor , the locking system is tongue and groove and the panels are too long , so this floor was making some gaps in joints , we had a real challenge to pull it off perfect . Floor and decor has much better material , and when it comes to stair noses it's always a special order , but it's never a problem to get what you need .
