It was always a pleasure when speaking with them. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. We look forward to working with Charlotte Dreamscapes again whenever we make the move from a townhouse to our first house!

**★★★★★ — ALEXANDER FORESTER, July 2019**

> Charlotte Dream Scape's Service is beyond professional. The consultation was very clear and the owner is very knowledgeable on describing the process to someone as clueless as myself. I couldn't ask for better service or pricing when it comes to the quality of the work being done. The project was done smoothly and without delay or distraction from my everyday busy schedule. Thank you Charlotte Dream Scape for completing my drive way making it the smoothest drive way I've ever driven on.

**★★★★★ — Kelly Karres, Aug. 2018**

The wood fence looks amazing because Todd and company paid attention to every detail, making it tie into existing fencing perfectly. Charlotte Dreamscapes was also accommodating to our timeline, completing the work before deadline. We couldn’t be happier with the great customer service and excellent craftsmanship Charlotte Dreamscapes provided!

**Comment from Charlotte DreamScapes:**

**★★★★★ — Stephen Lavender, Jan. 2018**

> Todd and his team built a fense, renovated front and back yard, and Landscapped. Easy to work with, detail oriented, and hard working. Would very much recommend.

**★★★★★ — Jack Matthews, Jan. 2018**

> Todd and his associates are great. The quality of their work is excellent. They listened to our wants and needs, offered creative suggestions and solutions, and completed the project quickly.
> We highly recommend that anyone requiring any type of landscaping should consult with Charlotte Dreamscapes. We consulted several other suppliers the first time we hired them, but for our second project and any future projects we will use them exclusively. We know there is no reason to look anywhere else.

**★★★★★ — Laura Baccich, Oct. 2017**

> We had a wonderful experience working with Charlotte DreamScapes! Todd and his team built out a beautiful patio, planter bed, and fence/screening that completely transformed our backyard. Todd was great to work with from the design phase through installation. The crew was meticulous in their work, and the project was completed within the schedule that was provided to us. We would not hesitate to work with them again in the future!

**Comment from Charlotte DreamScapes:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a thoughtful review. It was an absolute pleasure working with you all! The new space is beautiful and we hope you and your family enjoy it for many years. It would be our pleasure to return when you're ready for any future projects.

**★★★★★ — C T, Aug. 2017**

> Charlotte DreamScapes transformed our patio from just a backyard space to a livable outdoor living room meant for entertaining. We had great expectations from our initial interaction with Todd; He listened to our needs/wants and shared his philosophy on building outdoors spaces. Mix that with Todd’s artistic imagination and attention to detail and we ended up with outstanding results. Our expectations were exceeded with Todd’s quality of work and professionalism. In full transparency, the project did go over budget but that was due to changes we made along the way. Typical of any medium to large scale construction project. We will bring back Charlotte DreamScapes for future projects.

**★★★★★ — abrady75, July 2017**

> We used Todd and his team at dreamscapes recently for an outdoor privacy fence. It was such a pleasure and delight to work them -super professional and quality craftsmanship. I can't say enough good things about him and his company. We were so pleased with our experience that we extended our project to include several landscaping items as well.

**Comment from Charlotte DreamScapes:**

> Thank you very much for your kind words. It was a real pleasure to work for you both and I hope the dreamscape brings you years of enjoyment. Please let me know if we can help with anything else!

**★★★★★ — locationist, March 2017**

> Todd and his Charlotte Dreamscapes crew came out to replace our broken fence. He gave us many choices of styles and estimate combinations to help us decide on what kind of fence and budgeting options were right for us. He uses high quality treated lumber, coated screws, and his cement post footings come an inch or two higher than the dirt line, minimizing the occurrence of rot. He is personable and reliable, and is able to meet the deadline and budgetary constraints. We are very happy with the results and are considering Charlotte Dreamscapes for future landscaping projects.

**Comment from Charlotte DreamScapes:**

> Thank you for your kind words. I'm very pleased you both were happy with the fence and the process of working with us. Your new fence will last many years longer than the one we replaced. If we can be of any further service, please don't hesitate to contact me!

## Community Q&A

**Q: What is your price for building a privacy screen like this?** *(in Photo Questions)*

We have 3 exterior units and are in Fort Mill.

A: Apologies for the late reply. For faster replies, please call or text to 980-322-4364 or email us at dream at cdscapes.com. The cost to build removable panels for HVAC screens generally runs $300-$400 per panel, but depends on a few factors:
1\. Number of panels
2\. Any clearing/demo work to prepare
3\. Design ... will there be a custom layout with extra rip-cutting or will it have standard 5 1/2" wide horizontal boards?
4\. Is the HVAC screen the only element in the project or are there other features to build as well? (The more elements/features we are there to build, the more the overhead cost gets diluted among them.)
Here is another one we built recently. This one uses upgraded cedar lumber, cut into a custom pattern (4", 5", 3.25", 4", 4", 3.25", 5", and then 4" in this example).

Where as this example just has six evenly-spaced full boards at 5 1/2" wide each. This arrangement saves time, cutting, and uses less lumber. Anyway, if you'd like a free quote on site, please fill out the short survey at www.cdscapes.com/contact\_us.html and we will get it scheduled right away.

**Q: What color blu 60 mm smooth pavers?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Those slabs are Champlain Grey.

**Q: What color are the techno bloc pavers please?** *(in Photo Questions)*

What color are the techo bloc pavers please?

A: They are Techo-Bloc Borealis in Hazelnut Brandy.

**Q: Textured or Smooth?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi:

I know in your description it say the slabs are textured but when i enlarge it to the max it still look more like smoothed texture. Could you please confirm which one it is? We are trying to decide between the textured or the smooth style in Champlain Grey and this patio looks great to us both. Thanks!

A: Hi! Thank you for the compliment and I just double-checked. Both my old invoice paperwork and some other photos I have that show the slabs up close. You are correct. That is the "smooth" finish and not the textured one. I'll correct the captions. Thank you!
