**★ — Frustrated Home Owner, May 2023**

> We have lived in our house 7 years now and were the first owners of the home.  We ended up with Black mold after 5 years because the wall between the tub and the shower was not waterproofed.  We have to redo both bathrooms, my husband has been shocked due to the electrical not being labeled correctly.  Our sink fell and had a good 1 in gap in the back my husband had to fix.  It was not painted well and we had a few things that needed to be done after we closed none of which ever happened.  The quality is so poor and I would recommend anyone considering an argyle home to look for something better.
