In the Product description, it states the Height as 16.5”, Open Depth at 9.5” and the body depth at 11”. However, below that, In the product specifications (not description), it states that the Width/Depth/Height are all 17-inches. What are the correct measurements, please?

Some similar vases I have seen are very thin glass on the bottom and I want the glass to be a bit substantial so I can use floating candles, and use for flowers and do not want it to tip over easily.
