Was installed in August 2016, informed company of issues in January 2017band in May after nothing being resolved requested a refund if our $4000 purchase price, acre initially agreeing to refund then we were told there is no warranty even tho in prior contact we were informed that the product with dark pigment had failed to harden in lab tests and the formula was changed. The product was distributed from Colorado to a installer in Youngstown and neither one will refund the purchase price. Awful people to deal with on both ends, rude and unprofessional.
