We struggle with it on a regular basis. We have been very patient with these cabinets. Reached out to the owner multiple times to report issue and she sent video but looks like they installed defective draws. Extremely disappointed and glad we did not consider them for other projects. Every time I walk into my kitchen I fall in love all over again. She and her husband were very professional but also so approachable. I always felt very comfortable. They brought in some great craftsman which let us make some decision on the spot which was allowed the work to continue. They stayed on schedule even when we had bumps with subfloors and drywall needing to be replaced. She has a great set of vendors and subcontractors and the quality of the materials are great.
