**★★★★★ — Alexandra Crane Landesberg, Dec. 2022**

> Lexie has a rare combination of creative vision, decisiveness and the ability to execute. She understood our style instantly and made it easy to make about 1,000 choices for our home renovation by narrowing our focus. In a matter of a few showroom visits, Lexie helped us select all tile, fixtures, plumbing, knobs and more. Lexie's in-depth knowledge of the renovation process helped steer us towards choices that were not only aesthetically appealing but highly functional.
>
> I appreciated Lexie's respect for our budget. We strategically spent where it counted and found more cost effective options where possible. The end result is BEAUTIFUL and I think Lexie's guidance was spot on so that we got a very high-end aesthetic without choosing exclusively high-end options.
>
> Lexie has a fantastic network and we ended up working with a contractor she recommended, who also made our experience atypically easy and successful. We've used her contacts for hanging art and cleaning windows and I'm sure there will be more connections that she facilitates in the future. I trust whomever she does!
>
> Lexie is highly responsive, a delight to work with and excellent at following-through on what she says she will. My husband and I loved working with her on a personal and professional level and couldn't recommend her more highly. We are absolutely thrilled with how our renovation turned out and could not have done it without Lexie.

> Lexie was amazing to work with. She gave us several different options to work with in terms of layout for our bathroom and kitchen renovations. She was also able to provide so many resources over several budgets for materials and contractors. She is beyond knowledgeable and has a great eye for design. She truly takes the time to make the connection and understand the clients needs. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her in the future and always recommend her when others ask.

**★★★★★ — Greenbrae CA, April 2022**

> Lexie was amazing. She is incredibly professional, very well connected across Bay Area vendors AND sub-contractors, and is great at understanding your style and helping to push it to places you would never have made it on your own. Highly recommend.

**★★★★★ — Trey G, March 2022**

> Lexie was an incredible help to us. She was able to take our vision and expand on it. Couldn't be more satisfied

**★★★★★ — Tarrah Pollaro, Feb. 2022**

> We have LOVED working with Lexie! We are new to doing renovations and she was the perfect designer/project manager/hand-holder. Our contractors loved her, too, as she’s super detailed and had everything sourced before they needed it. Her organization is fantastic and aside from being amazing at her job, she was fun to work with. We’re already planning our next project with her.

**★★★★★ — Alexandra Crane Landesberg, Feb. 2022**

> Lexie has been integral to the success of our home renovation project. From our first call, Lexie has been responsive, effective and efficient. She quickly understood our aesthetic and made the material selection remarkably quick and easy -- and she not only has great taste but understands the importance of form and function. Lexie is well versed in complex renovation projects and collaborates seamlessly with our contractor and architect. With Lexie's talent, expertise and attention to detail, my husband and I feel so much more confident in the success of our first renovation project. We could not recommend her more highly!

> It was a great experience working with Lexie to remodel our house. Her design was outstanding and tailored made to our needs. She is efficient, patient, detailed oriented, organized and super easy to work with. Lexie also played a key role to interact with suppliers and contractors which made project execution much smoother. Overall execution is well done and exceeds our expectations. Highly recommended.

**★★★★★ — Allison Giese, Feb. 2022**

> Lexie is a fantastic interior designer. She first helped me refresh most of the furniture in my San Carlos home. She is very collaborative, fun to work, thoughtful, and efficient. I especially liked that Lexie pushed me out of my comfort zone in a few areas because the end result was fantastic. When we moved to Woodside, I turned to Lexie again to help me furnish our new home. I could not have done it without her!

**★★★★★ — Mary DeLong, Feb. 2022**

> We hired Lexie to help us reimagine our old house we are inheriting. We have over 40 years of history with it and needed a fresh set of eyes on how to design it differently. She has been amazing! She has brought fresh ideas, new layouts, and is helping us go in directions we never even considered. She is conscious of our budget and at each twist and turn during the construction she has helped us navigate through. She is patient, flexible, and thoughtful throughout the process. But more importantly, she is creative and talented and adjusts based on our style and is helping us bring a modern twist while maintaining the integrity of the house's style. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

**★★★★★ — J K, Jan. 2021**

> I can not say enough about Lexie! We just completed a somewhat bigger project (Four bathrooms, a laundry room, living room and family room) and thanks to Lexie it could not have gone any smoother. From start to finish she was incredibly professional, budget-conscious, responsive, organized and thorough. She paid incredible attention to detail and knows her vendors and materials so well. She drew up our plans and made sure they were perfect. She was also fantastic at pushing us beyond our comfort zone in terms of design and she was right every time. She was our advocate with sub contractors and always made sure the work was done correctly. I truly believe she was key in our project turning out as well as it did and we are so pleased we found her! Will continue using her going forward as we slowly but surely complete a few more rooms in our home. She is the outstanding!

**★★★★★ — Spencer Knight, Feb. 2019**

> Lexie is a very experienced designer who's worked in the industry for years, so she understands the intricate nature of our business. She's excellent at client communication, excellent at remaining calm while dealing with difficult situations. Clients will find her easy to work with, trustworthy, and experienced. Highly recommended.

**★★★★★ — Baskin Investment Group, Jan. 2019**

> I highly recommend Lexie Saine Design for all things home design. She has done an outstanding job for my development company on now two new construction homes and not only delivered a high quality result, but did it with professionalism, budget consciousness, and class. It was very refreshing to deal with someone that knows her materials, vendors, design best practices, trends, and all. She is on top of her game and you can tell she loves what she is doing. From being fully aware of her drawings/specs to talking about the nuances between her color choices, she is fully on board with doing the best possible job she can for her clients. I would definitely use her again and am happy to refer her.

  - Location: San Francisco, CA

  - Description: For this 1923 Edwardian, we worked closely with Architect Howard Blecher who reimagined the dated floor plan. Thoughtful design enabled us to create a proud primary ensuite, additional guest bedroom and bathroom. This changed the home from a 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath to a 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home. We created spaces that resonated both simplicity and sophistication through noble materials, and urbane furnishing to cultivate warmth and comfort. - Description: This early-twentieth-century Spanish Mediterranean home has played a lot of different roles. It was first the model home for a new San Francisco development. It then became the home of a European ambassador. It changed hands many times and received many facelifts over the years. We worked to refine the design while still respecting the home's character. Our goal was to create a more sophisticated space that was family friendly, functional and beautiful. Contractor: TMC Construction Photographer:…

  - Description: We refinished all the exciting hardwood floors in this 1907 Victorian condo in Presidio Heights. We flipped flopped the kitchen and dining room and removed the dividing wall thus put in a structural supporting beam in the ceiling to support this new open concept. We created a two toned kitchen with high end finishes including a wolf 36" duel fuel range, Caesarstone countertops and marble herringbone backsplash.
