## About

Owner Hank Gordon began his career as an architect for Filson Design Team in New Orleans (major project New Orleans Worlds Fair River Walk Development). He soon joined the national firm of DMJM in New Orleans, and then moved to the Denver offices. He later joined Environmental Design Corporation in Los Angeles and it was EDC that promoted Mr. Gordon to Construction Supervisor for McCuinn Gerwin and Associates out of Ventura, California.

He gained his construction experience supervising the construction of commercial development to include hotels, multi-use housing mixed with retail, and medical facilities. He then ventured cross country back to his roots in NYC to start his own high-end interiors venture, which eventually expanded into New Jersey. He simultaneously opened various retail kitchen/bath cabinet showrooms in New Jersey which are still active today (this affords his clients direct purchasing advantages). TEKART Builders, a general contractor in New Jersey doing business throughout the state, maintains to be Mr. Gordon’s primary focus.

> Are house was flooded by superstorm sandy. We lost everything . We had a contractor who we hired that didn't know what they were doing . Floors were put in improperly and we had to tear everything out again. We then called tekart. Hank who is the owner was on point when he evaluated what we had to do to correct the mess the other contractor made. He and his crews have been doing a wonderful job. They helped us along this very long road home. when picking out our kitchen Hank guided us the whole way .we gave him the ideas of what we were looking for and so far has exseated our expectations.These guy know what there doing and they take pride in there work. Always clean the job site at days end so far it has been a pleasure working with then. We hope to be home by mid November.
