> My wife and I retired and decided that we'd like a home with the master bedroom on the first floor. After dealing with a realtor for a few months, nothing we saw met our specifications. We met with Gary Sarti of Weaver Homes, and decided to build their Fulton model. Ground breaking occurred in March 2016, and we moved in at the end of October 2016. Susan and I love our home! Jeff Kolar was great assisting us through our construction phase, and subsequently Steve Stepanovich has been wonderful with any post construction concerns we've had. We are so happy that we built our home with Weaver. We recommend them enthusiastically and without reservations.

> I purchased my Weaver Home in a new development called Scenic Ridge. I can't recommend them enough. The office staff are fantastic. The project manager for my home was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I absolutely love all aspects of my new patio home. I had moved to PA because I was having a home built by another builder. That builder kept giving excuses as to why my home wasn't completed. After almost two years, I had to get a lawyer and back out of the contract. I no longer trusted them. I hired a realtor who took me to Scenic Ridge and I fell in love and immediately purchased my new home. From start to finish, I was in my new home in five months. I highly recommend them. They are family.
