> I used Ratia Construction for a fireplace remodel.   Kiril Ratia helped me transform a pre-fab and quite ordinary ventless gas fireplace into the focal point of my apartment.  Besides expertly project managing and handling a team of qualified trades people (framing, stone work, electricians, painters) he also provided excellent customer service through a hands on and highly responsive approach.   I have to say also that the trades people he uses are exceptional and it is clear that they respect and appreciate working with him.   I would highly recommend Ratia Construction as a firm that provides the full service needed for a quality job.
